Create appointments

Schedule services, track status, and keep a history.

New appointment

Go to Appointments in the bottom menu and tap New appointment.

Select the client and service. Both must be registered first.

Set the expected date and, optionally, a time.

Appointment status

Each appointment has a status you can update at any time:

  • Quote — a proposal, not yet confirmed
  • Scheduled — confirmed, waiting to happen
  • In progress — happening now
  • Done — completed
  • Canceled — won't happen
  • No-show — client didn't arrive

Details and notes

Use the Details field to record appointment-specific info like vehicle model, procedure type, or client preferences.

Internal notes are visible only to you.
