Products and shopping list
Manage your stock and automatically see what needs restocking.
Add a product
Go directly to Products in the bottom menu and tap New product.
Fill in the product name — required field.
Set the current stock quantity and the minimum quantity. When stock is at or below the minimum, the product appears in the shopping list.
Auto shopping list
Go to Shopping List in the menu (under More). The app automatically shows all products with stock at or below the minimum.
After restocking, update the product quantity to remove it from the list.
Edit and delete
Use Edit to update the name, stock, supplier, or any other product field.
To remove a product, tap Delete product and confirm. Deletion cannot be undone.
Weekly balance
Update your product stock every week, preferably on Friday, as a weekly balance.
This habit keeps your shopping list accurate and prevents running out of materials mid-appointment.
